I want to educate, encourage and inspire people through storytelling. Just as interesting as the celebrities and politicians we can’t get enough of are your next door neighbor, your co-worker, that guy you passed on the street. Knowing others’ stories leads to a greater understanding of ourselves and the community around us.
I love documentaries. Love. And there is so much being done now with awesome storytelling in the documentary format. Poverty, health, foreign policy, sports, gender issues...just about any issue you can think of is being covered through images interviews and interviews in documentaries. For me, they're a great, accessible form of continuing education.
Be you. Do you. Encourage others to do the same.
